Limitations

• Avoid Residue – Do not let the sealer dry on the tile surface. If residue appears, use Aqua Mix® NanoScrub® with a nylon pad.
• Surface Compatibility – Do not apply on non-recommended surfaces.
• Acid & Chemical Resistance – Does not prevent etching from acids or caustic chemicals.

Grout Sealer Application Instructions

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of any waxes or previous sealers. New installations must dry for 48 hours before application.

• Apply using a soft-bristle brush, sponge applicator, or spray.
• Wipe the surface completely dry within 5 minutes using an absorbent towel.
• After 2 hours, apply a water droplet test to check if the surface is sealed.
• If water is absorbed, apply another coat and repeat the test.

Safety: Wear chemical-resistant gloves (e.g., nitrile) when handling the product. Clean equipment with mineral spirits after use.

Drying Time

• 30 Minutes – Drying time between applications.
• 2 Hours – Ready for surface traffic.
• 12 Hours – Keep dry for optimal curing.
• 24 Hours – Achieves full cure.
