Limitations

While Non-Cement Grout Haze Remover is designed to be safe and effective, there are some limitations to be aware of:

  • Do not apply on non-recommended surfaces
  • Avoid excessive water during cleanup to prevent grout pigment loss
  • Do not scrub directly on grout joints to prevent damage
  • For heavy epoxy grout haze or residue cured beyond 7 days, use Aqua Mix® Sealer & Coating Remover

Non-Cement Grout Haze Remover Application Instructions

  1. Wear chemical-resistant gloves (nitrile recommended) and eye protection before handling.
  2. Ensure grout has cured for at least 24 hours.
  3. Remove debris by sweeping or vacuuming the surface.
  4. Apply the solution and allow it to dwell:
    • Single Component, Premixed & Urethane Grout: 5-10 sec (24 hrs cure), 1 min (4-7 days), 3-5 min (28+ days)
    • Light Epoxy Haze: 2-3 min (24 hrs cure), 5 min (4-7 days)
  5. Agitate with a white nylon scrub brush or pad.
  6. Wipe away the solution and avoid letting it dry on the surface.

Cleaning of Equipment

Rinse tools with water immediately after use to prevent product build-up.
