Pickup Instructions
At Australian Landscape Supplies, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient Click & Collect experience. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a hassle-free pickup.
Order Process
- Order Confirmation – Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS that contains your order number #xxxxx.
- Select a Preferred Pickup Time – Any ‘preferred pickup time’ entered at checkout is a request only and does not guarantee availability.
- Ready for Pickup Notification – Please wait until you receive a ‘ready for pickup’ notification before arriving to collect your order.
How to Pick Up Your Order
- Bring Your Order Confirmation - Please have your order number or confirmation email ready (digital or printed)
- Arrive at our Warehouse - Drive into our warehouse and park in a loading bay. (If a large order, arrive 20 minutes before close)
- Check-In at Reception – Upon arrival, visit our reception team and provide your order number.
- Safe Loading – Once checked in, our warehouse team will assist in safely loading your order into your vehicle.

Vehicles we can load
When picking up concrete sleepers or long steel posts, ensure you have one of the specified vehicles.
- Open and flat-top trailers
- Mini trucks
- Alloy tray utes
- Flat tray trucks
- Tip trucks (side loading is preferred)
- Semi Trucks or similar
Sleepers should not be placed on tailgates or above the cabin of the vehicle. Overloading trailers is not allowed by law, even if requested by the customer.
Vehicles we can not load
To maintain staff safety standards, our forklifts cannot load the vehicles mentioned below. Upon pickup with any of these vehicles, regardless of size or quantity, you will be responsible for loading the goods yourself.
- Cars or station wagons
- Roof racks
- Rear-loading trucks or vans
- Full body utes
- Enclosed trailers
- Or any other vehicle that can not be loaded with a forklift
Weight Limits
Landscape supplies can be very heavy, please ensure your vehicle can handle the weight of your order. Below is a rough guide only, all weights listed are approximates only
- Standard car- up to 300kg
- Station Wagon- up to 500kg
- Single cab Ute- up to 750kg
- Dual cab ute- up to 1000kg
- Trailer (unbraked)- up to 750kg
- Trailer (braked)- up to manufacturers limit (check your trailers plate)
