Processing & Shipping Times
Order Processing: Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and special orders).
Delivery Timeframes:
- Brisbane Metro: 2-5 business days.
- Regional QLD & Australia-Wide: 5-10 business days (longer for remote areas).
- Heavy Items (e.g., steel, sleepers): Extended lead times may apply—check product pages or call us.
Shipping Costs
How It’s Calculated: Based on product weight, size, and delivery postcode. See your total at checkout.
Multiple Deliveries: Different methods (e.g., turf + courier) incur separate fees.
Delivery Conditions
Truck Access
Ensure there is sufficient access for our trucks. Deliveries are made with a large truck unless otherwise specified.
- Truck width: Approx. 2.5 m
- Truck length: Approx. 10 m
- Truck height: Approx. 3 m
- Truck weight: Between 6 and 10 tonnes, depending on the load
- We do not drive our heavy trucks on driveways
If you have concerns about truck access, please contact us before delivery. If the driver arrives and cannot access your property, your order may be returned to our yard, and additional delivery fees may apply.
Risk Transfer: Risk passes to you upon delivery—we’re not liable for loss, theft, or damage post-drop-off.
Your Responsibility: Ensure there is a clear area for the delivery drop off. Transport Truck deliveries require you to provide a suitable forklift for unloading; confirm with us pre-order.

Transport Truck Delivery
What It Is: Delivery of most products Australia-wide via transport truck, to your local depot or directly to your site (location-dependent).
How It Works: Tailgate drop available; forklifts may be required on-site for unloading (your responsibility—contact us to confirm). Delivery is kerbside or depot-based.
Delivery Time: Processed in 1-3 business days; arrival varies (2-7 days metro, longer for regional/remote).
Local Crane Truck Delivery
What It Is: Delivery of large, heavy products (e.g., steel, sleepers) using a 10-ton crane truck, lifted up to 2m from the roadside.
How It Works: Drops to an accessible point within 2m of the road. No residential driveway access due to the truck’s size and weight (to avoid damage).
Delivery Time: Processed in 1-3 business days; arrives in 2-7 business days.
Ute Delivery
What It Is: Delivery of lightweight products (up to 30kg per item, 850kg total) moved by hand—no crane needed. Metro Brisbane only.
How It Works: Delivered to your site or doorstep; ideal for easy unloading.
Delivery Time: Processed in 1-3 business days; arrives in 2-5 business days (metro).
Turf Truck Delivery
What It Is: Direct turf delivery to your site with forklift unloading.
How It Works: Forklift-equipped truck delivers and unloads to an accessible spot (driver’s discretion based on site access).

Courier Delivery
What It Is: Small products shipped via courier (e.g., Australia Post, Aramex) to your door.
How It Works: Delivered to your address with tracking; adheres to courier size/weight limits.
