Limitations
- Not suitable for smooth glazed tiles or countertops.
- Avoid use near pools, showers, or standing water areas.

Pre-Grouting Application
Before grouting, apply the sealer over clean, dry stone or tile at least 2 hours in advance. Ensure the surface is free of wax, sealers, or finishes. If necessary, use Aqua Mix® Sealer & Coating Remover to strip the surface of any existing sealers, wax, or old acrylic finishes. To test readiness, place a few drops of water on the surface—if water doesn't penetrate, additional removal may be required. Proper surface preparation is crucial for optimal results.
Preparation:
- Wear chemical-resistant gloves, such as nitrile, to protect your hands.
- Ensure the surface is completely dry, clean, and free from waxes, sealers, or finishes.
- If existing sealers, wax, or finishes are present, use Aqua Mix® Sealer & Coating Remover to strip the surface.
- Conduct a water test by placing a few drops of water on various tiles. If water doesn’t penetrate, additional surface preparation is needed.
- Apply the sealer at least 2 hours before grouting for pre-grouting application.
- Use a clean, dense sponge, brush, or paint pad to apply 2–3 thin, even coats of sealer. Allow 30 minutes drying time between coats and avoid puddling.

- Avoid puddling to ensure even coverage.
